Welcome to Car Kingdom Auto Sales. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website (ckas.ca), and any transactions related to purchasing a vehicle from Car Kingdom Auto Sales (“the Dealership”). By accessing our website, using our services, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing vehicles online, in person, or through other channels provided by Car Kingdom Auto Sales.
1.2. Car Kingdom Auto Sales reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or sharing through official communication methods.
2. Vehicle Sales
2.1. Condition of Vehicles:
Vehicles are sold in varying conditions as outlined in a written agreement with each buyer. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to purchase. Car Kingdom Auto Sales strives to uphold high quality, but all vehicles are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2. Warranty:
All warranty conditions comply with the guidelines of the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA), where applicable.
2.3. Test Drives and Inspections:
Customers are strongly encouraged to test drive and inspect any vehicle before finalizing a purchase. Once a transaction is complete, the sale is final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless specifically agreed to in writing.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. Pricing:
All vehicle prices listed on the website, in advertisements, or on the lot are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude taxes, registration fees, and additional charges unless explicitly mentioned.
3.2. Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Any exceptions must be confirmed in a written agreement.
3.3. Payment Terms:
Vehicles must be paid in full before delivery. Accepted payment methods include cash, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), bank draft, and certified cheque.
4. Financing
4.1. Financing services are currently not offered by Car Kingdom Auto Sales.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. All vehicle sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted after the purchase agreement has been signed, unless otherwise required by law.
5.2. Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly documented in a separate written agreement.
6. Liability
6.1. Car Kingdom Auto Sales is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any purchased vehicle. This includes mechanical issues, accidents, or other post-sale incidents.
6.2. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle after the sale, including adherence to all relevant local, provincial, and federal regulations.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Personal data collected during the purchase process will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Car Kingdom Auto Sales will never share your data with third parties except as required to process your transaction or comply with legal obligations.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes related to these Terms or a vehicle purchase must be submitted for mediation or arbitration within 48 hours, as per applicable provincial and federal laws.
8.2. By completing a vehicle purchase, you waive the right to file or participate in a class-action lawsuit against Car Kingdom Auto Sales.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and consumer protection guidelines of the FCAA and applicable federal statutes.
